Job Summary
Define the architectural roadmap for next-gen capabilities by integrating Agentic AI, generative AI, and advanced ML models into the Veloce platform. Architect modular, scalable systems that support autonomous networks, edge intelligence, and 6G readiness while ensuring interoperability and resilience. Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies, collaborating with research teams and external partners. Mentor engineering teams on AI/ML best practices and agent-based design, representing the architecture function in strategic planning and technical governance forums. Align system evolution with business goals through close collaboration with product managers and customer stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML and distributed systems
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, and intelligent orchestration
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or autonomous agents
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
