Job Summary
Capture requirements, aid in structured planning, and improve processes by introducing AI/ML tooling to support a new AI and Emerging Technologies mission. Develop and optimize data for Large Language Model consumption, including fine-tuning LLMs to enhance identification and mitigation capabilities. Design, develop, and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks using Python while working with systems engineers to architect and deploy networked AI tools within secure enclaves. Conduct performance profiling, optimization, and scalability analysis of mission systems, and support security assessments and authority to operate processes. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience, and proficiency in object-oriented languages, static analyzers, and RAG frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science or a related field and eight (8) years or relevant experience
- A Doctoral degree (PHD) and four (4) years
- A Master of Science (M.S.) degree and six (6) years
- An Associate of Science (A.S.) degree and ten (10) years of experience
- Strong proficiency with object-oriented languages like Python
- Experience with LLM integration and data engineering
- Experience with static analyzers, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework, and relational and vector databases
- Familiarization with Agile, Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Must be capable of working with systems engineers to architect and deploy networked AI tools within secure enclaves and conduct performance profiling, optimization, and scalability analysis of mission systems
- Must be capable of supporting security assessments and authority to operate (ATO) processes
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with RUST, Claude Code, Codex, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) practices
