Job Summary
Develop end-to-end AI-driven software solutions using Python, focusing on building, deploying, and scaling production-ready intelligent systems including LLMs, RAG, and agents. Design scalable architectures and optimize algorithms for performance, translating complex business problems into technical AI solutions. Collaborate directly with clients and consulting teams to execute strategic projects, explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders while managing model lifecycles and backend infrastructure. Work in a hybrid environment across Paris, Madrid, Munich, or Milan, reporting to the Head of AI Engineering and partnering with engagement managers on high-impact digital initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong software engineering background (Python required)
- Experience in data analytics and/or machine learning
- Ability to work in international, cross-functional environments
- Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- 0–4 or 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data-driven environments
- Professional fluency in English
- Fluency in the local office language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM systems in production (RAG, agents, embeddings, fine-tuning) beyond simple API integrations
- Experience building and operating AI systems in production, including monitoring, model lifecycle management, and scalable backend architecture
- Comfortable translating business problems into AI architectures and communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in consulting or strategic projects
- Experience in international projects or client-facing roles
- Exposure to transformation, digital innovation, or high-impact strategic programs
- Candidates from tech scale-ups, industry leaders, or innovation labs
