Job Summary
Build and deploy AI agents that operate in real-world, customer facing workflows. Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and performance of models and agents. Develop backend services and APIs supporting agent orchestration, data flow, and evaluation pipelines. Work across data, models, and infrastructure to move systems from prototype to production. Collaborate directly with customers to adapt agents to real use cases and constraints. Ideal background includes experience or strong interest in applied AI, solid backend fundamentals, familiarity with LLMs/agents/evaluation methods, customer-facing comfort, Python or Go, and agent frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
