Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for the Analytics Platform within NiCE’s Platform LOB. Own the roadmap, deliver precise, machine-readable specifications from prototyping processes, drive internal adoption across NiCE application teams, and engage enterprise customers as the AI capability expert. Lead prototype-driven discovery, articulate the value proposition, monitor cost and performance, and collaborate with engineering, PMs, and governance functions to balance business value with AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software product management or a directly relevant role
- Experience owning a product or service with clear adoption, usage, or commercial metrics
- Demonstrable experience engaging directly with enterprise customers as a technical subject matter expert
- Demonstrable experience building AI-native product prototypes using AI tools
- Experience producing detailed product specifications that enable downstream engineering execution
- Experience with version control and basic development workflow sufficient to manage a prototype codebase
- Experience leading and influencing teams in a matrixed global organization
- Bachelor’s degree required
