AI Security Architect (f/m/x)

Job Summary

Design secure cloud and software architectures for AI platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP, embedding security-by-design into emerging digital technologies. Develop security concepts, standards, and design patterns while addressing AI-specific risks such as data poisoning, model theft, adversarial attacks, and bias mitigation. Integrate regulatory frameworks including ISO/IEC 27001, SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and the EU AI Act into security strategies. Conduct threat-model-based risk assessments, audit support, and incident advisory on RBAC and PIM. Serve as the key interface between central security, regulatory functions, and the Digital Technology Accelerator to lead international cross-functional security initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related technical field
  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in areas such as AI/ML engineering, security architecture or similar technical roles
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing secure architectures for cloud-based technology environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts across major platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, including multi-cloud and cloud-native security principles
  • Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, data security standards, modern authentication methods and secure infrastructure practices
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS and/or the EU AI Act
  • Ability to work with Python, code repositories, containerization and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and PowerShell
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical, security, regulatory and business stakeholders in an international environment
  • Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in data modeling, algorithm development or data science
  • Experience with AI platforms and AI-driven use cases
  • AI security-related certifications or specialist training in AI-specific cybersecurity topics
  • Advanced cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Experience leading international, cross-functional security initiatives or providing functional guidance to security-focused colleagues
