Job Summary
AI Search Specialist focused on GEO/AI discoverability within Oxylabs’ SEO function. Own GEO/AEO strategy across major LLMs and generative search engines, drive AI visibility initiatives (citations, share of voice, brand presence in AI-generated responses), build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework (citation rate, mention frequency, sentiment, platform breadth), and ensure content is structured for AI extractability (answer-first formatting, schema, entity consistency). Collaborate with Content, Web, and Product to implement GEO-aligned briefs, upskill the marketing team, and establish the role as a company-wide capability. Responsibilities include defining agent-ready content, optimizing technical foundations for machine discovery (crawlability, structured data, page speed), and partnering with writers and engineers to improve AI discoverability. Requirements include deep SEO experience with a recent pivot into GEO/AI, hands-on LLM visibility work, and proficiency with core analytics and crawling tools; the role demands a proactive, communicative leader who can roadmap and execute in a cross-functional setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in SEO
- Hands-on experience optimizing for LLM visibility (structured data, entity authority, E-E-A-T, schema, answer-format content)
- Solid understanding of how large language models retrieve, summarize, and cite content
- Experience building or contributing to GEO measurement frameworks (prompt testing, citation tracking, share of voice)
- Strong content strategy instincts (brief, edit, and quality-control content with an AI-discoverability lens)
- Comfortable with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GEO monitoring tools
- Self-starter who can own a newly emerging function and execute without constant direction
- Strong communication skills to explain GEO concepts to both technical teams and stakeholders
