Job Summary
AI Search Optimization Specialist responsible for developing and executing AI-driven SEO strategies to improve local visibility for plumbing/home-services across AI and traditional search channels. Responsibilities include creating AI-optimized website content (pages, blogs, FAQs, service descriptions), building and optimizing lead-generation funnels that convert AI and search traffic into booked appointments, conducting keyword research and competitive analysis, enhancing site structure and schema markup for better AI/SEO performance, improving local SEO and Google Business Profile, and monitoring metrics (organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates). Requires hands-on experience with AI prompting, advanced SEO tooling, and strong written communication to produce customer-focused content; familiarity with home services is a plus. Stay current with AI search trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience optimizing for AI search engines and traditional SEO
- Strong skills in AI prompting and content generation for SEO purposes
- Experience building lead generation funnels, preferably in home services, plumbing, or related industries
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Excellent written communication and ability to create customer-focused content
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
