Job Summary
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning while coaching the squad on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and New Ways of Working principles. Partner with Product Owners, Business Owners, Architects, and Engineering Teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives, removing impediments that impact sprint commitments, velocity, or team productivity. Track sprint progress, capacity, velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery risks to stakeholders, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria before execution. Promote predictable, value-driven delivery by balancing scope, timeline, resource capacity, and technical constraints within a high-performance culture utilizing AI-powered development tools and automated testing.
