Job Summary
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while removing delivery impediments and fostering self-organizing teams. Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile practices, manage cross-functional dependencies, and track metrics like velocity, cycle time, and release predictability. Coordinate portfolio-level planning, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop dashboards for executive reporting. Support Regrello's workflow orchestration platform implementations by ensuring predictable delivery across complex business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Management, or Agile Delivery experience
- Experience supporting software development or enterprise platform implementations
- Deep understanding of Scrum
- Deep understanding of Kanban
- Deep understanding of SAFe
- Deep understanding of Lean Principles
- Deep understanding of Agile Portfolio Management
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting workflow automation, BPM, or process orchestration platforms
- Experience working on Regrello implementations or similar workflow solutions
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational business processes
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS implementations
- Experience leading organizational Agile transformation efforts
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- SAFe Agilist (SA)
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with Miro
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Slack
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow platforms such as Regrello is highly desirable
