Job Summary
Generate original vertical serials according to company creative strategy, developing plot arcs, character designs, and episode scripts in approved AI-production formats. Integrate feedback from creative producers and team leads to refine drafts, ensuring all content meets internal Production Ready quality standards. Collaborate with the creative team during project development while analyzing market trends to apply successful patterns to new narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a screenwriter in the niche of vertical series or social media content
- Willingness to consider candidates with experience in Narrative Design
- Ability to create loglines, synopses, outlines, and episode breakdowns
- Ability to create strong hooks and cliffhangers
- Practical proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or readiness to quickly learn how to work with AI tools
- Skills in editing AI-generated content: correcting logic, repetitions, and template-ness
- Ability to work with briefs, references, and producer notes
- Understanding of drama and serial structure
