Job Summary
AI Sales Specialist at Simpro Group: Drive adoption of AI back-office solutions across existing customers, demonstrating how AI lifts customer margins with technical command of the product, generating pipeline into non-managed accounts, supporting Account Managers on expansion deals, and leading demonstrations and technical conversations to move opportunities forward. You’ll act as the product authority in the room, connect AI capabilities to where a customer is losing margin, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, run outbound campaigns into non-managed accounts, and maintain deep mastery across the portfolio to inform product roadmaps and customer outcomes. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, customer-centric value storytelling, a strong technical acumen in AI integration with customer tech stacks, and the ability to translate complex solutions into measurable profit improvements for trades and field-service management customers.
