Job Summary
AI Sales Specialist responsible for driving adoption of Simpro Group’s AI back-office solutions across existing customers by pairing technical product knowledge with direct engagement. You’ll demonstrate how AI can lift customer margins, build a pipeline into non-managed accounts, support Account Managers on expansion deals, and become the trusted voice translating technology into a tangible profit uplift. Day-to-day activities include product demonstrations, leading conversations on how AI integrates with customers’ tech stack, outbound prospecting into non-managed accounts, handling technical questions, collaborating with leadership, and staying ahead of industry trends to out-position competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software
- Ability to demonstrate AI solutions and translate technical details into business value
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding adoption or expansion quotas
- Strong outbound selling and pipeline-building skills
- Ability to work with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
