Job Summary
Develop secure, compliant AI infrastructure and reusable frameworks enabling internal teams and external consultants to build and deploy AI agents for Operations, Human Resources, Admissions, and IT. Design and maintain an enterprise AI Agent framework supporting task automation, data retrieval, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop approvals. Build shared services including prompt management, tool integration, and audit logging. Develop LLM-powered clinical and risk solutions for behavioral analysis, medication adherence monitoring, and early-warning indicators. Implement secure prompt pipelines, RAG architectures, and model evaluation within scalable cloud-native deployments. Optimize performance, cost, and latency across production workloads. Integrate data from EHR, eMAR, and Microsoft Fabric platforms into clinical workflows and dashboards. Partner with clinical leadership to ensure interpretability of AI insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Prompt engineering and RAG architectures
- Hands-on experience with API and microservice development
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with Azure Data Lake
- Experience with Power BI semantic models
- Experience integrating data from EHR and eMAR platforms
- Ability to be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures
