Job Summary
AI Risk Management Intern/Working Student in Allianz Global Investors Munich to support the AI-driven risk management tool implementation within the Operational and Business Risk Management function, assist in reviewing and improving control test procedures, support data migration from Archer to the new platform, document requirements, and apply structured prompting to support AI-enabled tooling in control documentation and testing. Responsibilities include collaborating with risk management and risk vector owners to enhance operational procedures linked to controls, ensure audit readiness, and strengthen governance, with a focus on data preparation, mapping, validation, and clean-up. Skills and tools referenced include proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with governance, risk, or control platforms, and an interest in AI and prompting for documentation and control-related work; English is required and German is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor (3rd semester or beyond) or Master student in business administration, information systems, information technology, audit, risk management, or a related field
- Strong interest in governance, risk, controls, audit, and operational processes
- Good understanding of internal controls, control documentation, or audit-related concepts is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and support control owners in improving procedures and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with governance, risk, or control platforms is a plus
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and understanding of how effective prompting can support documentation and control-related work
- Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
