Job Summary
AI Risk Governance Lead, Europe responsible for leading and maturing Vanguard's AI risk governance framework in Europe, including EU AI Act readiness, governance artifacts, risk assessments, and senior stakeholder engagement. Chairs and collaborates with European AI Governance Committee, ERCC, and EU risk partners; works with Head of AI Enablement, Europe and CRO Europe to scale compliant AI adoption, balancing efficiency with control. Requires deep expertise in AI-enabled transformation, AI risk, data governance, model risk, and regulatory considerations in financial services; strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership. Hybrid role based in London, Manchester, or Dublin with three days in office per week.
