Job Summary
AI Research Senior Associate responsible for working on multiple commercially-oriented research projects, formulating problems, generating hypotheses, developing new algorithms and models, conducting experiments, and communicating research significance. Contribute to high-impact business applications, open-source software, and patents; develop state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve real-world problems at scale. Requires PhD, strong Python programming, solid AI/ML foundations, statistical analysis and experimental design, and ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a financial services context.
