Job Summary
AI Researcher/Engineer for AI-based circuit design or materials simulation, relocation to Shenzhen for 12 months, then potential continuation from TCL Research Europe in Warsaw. Work on high-impact industrial AI applications including AI-driven circuit design automation or materials modelling, with opportunities to publish research papers. Must have MSc/PhD in a related field, strong ML background (deep learning, generative models, optimization, reinforcement learning, or physics-informed ML), practical experience in design automation or materials simulation, strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Experience with machine learning (deep learning, generative models, optimization, reinforcement learning, or physics-informed ML)
- Practical experience in circuit design automation or materials simulation/modelling
- Strong programming skills (Python; experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Strong analytical and research mindset
- Fluent English
