Job Summary
AI Researcher focusing on Foundation Models and Generative AI to bridge academic research with production-grade AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include conducting pioneering deep learning and multimodal research, managing model deployment and production latency/cost, training and scaling large architectures with techniques like Post-Training SFT, Knowledge Distillation, LoRA, and sparse/hybrid models, owning the AI lifecycle from prototyping to production, and driving research initiatives with publications/patents. Requires 5+ years in research/science roles, a Ph.D. or Master’s with honors, expert PyTorch, hands-on LLM experience, strong Python/C++ coding, and a publication/patent portfolio. Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Remote option listed as in-person.},
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Research Scientist or Algorithm Developer within world-class AI labs or high-growth GenAI startups
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree with honors in computer science, data science, statistics, or a highly quantitative field from a top-tier institution
- Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch and deep learning training/inference optimization
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or optimizing large-scale LLMs in research or production environments
- Advanced programming skills in Python and/or C/C++ with experience in production-grade code and big data infrastructure
- A portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier AI/ML venues or granted patents in advanced machine learning systems
