Job Summary
Senior AI Research Scientist at JPMorgan Chase AI Research, collaborating with data scientists, applied engineering teams, and business stakeholders to develop and implement novel AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks. Formulate problems, generate hypotheses, develop algorithms and models, conduct experiments, synthesize results, gather data, and communicate research significance. Required Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with two years of industry experience
- Programming skills in Python
- Proficient understanding of fundamental AI and ML techniques
- Practical experience with statistical data analysis and experimental design
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds
