Job Summary
Develop and optimize Agent Harnesses to enable AI agents to perform complex tasks reliably as collaborative team members. Design and construct Benchmarks to systematically measure agent performance and limitations, then iteratively improve agents based on these metrics. Conduct prior research on core Harness components including Planning, Memory, Tool Use, Loop, Evaluation, and Meta-Harness. This role focuses on advancing Agentic AI research to maximize individual productivity and redefine work methods. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in coding agents like Claude Code and possess hands-on experience with LLM Agent frameworks. The team collaborates across diverse fields to develop unique AI solutions for game production efficiency and multi-modal foundation models.
Required Qualifications
- 2 년 이상 경력
- AI Agent 개발에 대한 이해와 이를 활용한 제품 개발 경험
- 맡겨진 업무를 끝까지 완수해 내는 책임감
- 새로운 domain 에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 능력
- 원활한 업무 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 상태
Desired Qualifications
- Claude Code, Codex 등 코딩 에이전트 활용 능력
- 회사 AX 전환 주도 경험
- LLM Agent 의 핵심 구성요소인 Harness(Planning, Memory, Tool Use, Loop, Evaluation, Meta-Harness 등) 엔지니어링 업무 경험
- Openclaw, Hermes 등 오픈소스 에이전트 분석 경험
- Agent Benchmark 공략 혹은 구축 경험
- 실서비스 환경 (Production) 에서 LLM/Agent 시스템을 설계·적용한 경험
