AI Regulatory Product Counsel

Job Summary
Provide strategic legal counsel on AI regulatory matters for Prosus’ AI deployments, focusing on agentic AI, EU AI Act compliance, privacy governance, and collaboration with the AI, cybersecurity, and policy teams. Advise on implementation of AI tools, agents, and infrastructure, draft contractual terms, and help operationalise the Group’s Responsible AI Policy and governance mechanisms. Support public policy outreach and cross‐group initiatives; act as a legal partner to AI teams and contribute to AI governance projects. Requires a Master’s-level degree in Law or Technology, at least 4 years of experience across legal, policy, regulatory, and compliance areas related to technology products, and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s-level Degree in Law or Technology
- Minimum 4 years of experience advising on technology product launches and deployments, across legal, policy, regulatory, and compliance teams
- Subject matter expertise in European regulatory frameworks relating to AI
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Structured mindset and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
