Job Summary
Lead AI Red Team operations and adversarial testing across AI/ML systems, models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications. Own design, execution, and reporting of AI-focused red team activities, develop and maintain custom tooling to scale testing, drive repeatable methodologies, and communicate business impact. Mentor senior red team engineers and collaborate with detection, engineering, and governance teams to validate AI-related risks, standards, and program strategy. Demonstrated ability to translate research into operational tooling and to lead across cross-functional teams in a security-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight plus years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of information security systems, policies, and procedures
- Effective communication, presentation skills, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven collaboration and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience testing or securing AI/ML systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI threat models and attack techniques (preferred)
- Experience with cloud, containerized, and AI-hosting environments (preferred)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Go, C/C++, or Shell (preferred)
