Job Summary
Fully remote AI Prompt Engineer role focused on enterprise AI initiatives, including prompt design and optimization, conversational AI workflows, and software execution across customer-facing and internal platforms. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing prompts and orchestration workflows; testing, debugging, and QA to improve conversational accuracy and usability; gathering business and technical requirements to build scalable AI prompt solutions; documenting flows, requirements, and technical specs; deploying and supporting AI-enabled software solutions; cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders; and maintaining prompt libraries and governance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5–7 years in software/AI roles, experience with large language models and enterprise AI deployments, strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, and the ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, prompt engineering, or related technical roles
- Experience implementing conversational AI, prompt engineering, or generative AI solutions
- Strong programming skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
