AI Prompt Engineer

Job Summary
Design and iterate prompts for AI features including chat, automation, and internal tools to ensure accurate and reliable outputs. Integrate these prompts into web and internal applications by connecting AI logic with APIs and workflows, while assisting in building task-based AI flows and agents. Test AI outputs to identify inconsistencies, debug issues, and improve performance through continuous iteration and feedback. Support hosting and deployment of AI applications, manage cloud-based components like databases and storage, and maintain documentation for prompts and workflows. Collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams to build practical, production-level AI-powered applications using modern developer tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in AI, programming, or application development
- Hands-on experience working with AI tools or large language models (LLMs)
- Basic understanding of APIs, application flows, and backend concepts
- Comfortable working in a team and iterating quickly
- Exceptional Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
- Knowledge & awareness of the on-going AI transformation, trends & practical use cases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: AI & App-Building Tools (Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Base44, or similar platforms)
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: Google AI Studio, Gemini Pro, Anti Gravity, Stitch, Opal
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: Hosting & Cloud Setup (Deploying applications on cloud platforms)
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: Setting up databases like Firebase or similar services
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: Understanding of basic backend services and authentication
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: Developer Workflow Tools (GitHub (version control and collaboration))
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: NPM / package managers
- Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus: CDN setup and basic performance optimization
