Job Summary
Lead, plan, and execute innovative AI/ML projects from conception through delivery, managing the full lifecycle from ideation and data collection to model training, monitoring, and reporting. Act as a critical bridge between technical data teams, creative studios, brand managers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, resource optimization, and robust controls adherence. Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics for AI-powered deliverables while translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to timelines, data quality, model bias, and ethical concerns to ensure solutions meet high-quality and regulatory standards. Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and allocate resources effectively to keep initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and tools to foster continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of project management experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects
- Proficient in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
