Job Summary
Plan and oversee AI-led creative projects from ideation to delivery, coordinating AI technologists, prompt engineers, brand managers and creatives to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and measurable business value. Serve as the primary liaison between brand management and creative teams, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining alignment with Brand guidelines and regulatory standards. Stay current with AI trends and tools to foster continuous improvement, while managing risks related to timelines, data quality, model bias, and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Proficient in project planning, risk management and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of creative workflows and controls, AI methodologies, data management and ethical considerations related to AI technologies
- Ability to plan and oversee execution of AI/ML-based creative projects from conception to deployment
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, deep learning, data science)
- Understanding of data quality, data pipelines and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
