Job Summary
Securities Services Operations AI program management VP leads cross-functional efforts to deliver AI/ML-driven strategic improvements across business, operations, and technology. Define requirements, design scalable solutions, and execute end-to-end delivery while stewarding governance of the AI portfolio, managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Produce executive-ready communications and enable operational efficiency and scale across the organization. Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to drive value, translate business requirements into clear acceptance criteria, and deliver process improvements and measurable outcomes. Proficiency in producing executive artifacts (process flows, business cases, gap analyses, governance materials, future-state models) and strong governance, planning, and delivery discipline are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate proven project management delivery on complex initiatives, ideally in financial services or digital tooling environments.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear, concise communication.
- Manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
