Job Summary
Lead VP-level AI Products for APAC within JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office to develop, deploy, and scale AI-powered products that drive business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and help ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with global and regional objectives. Support AI adoption, product delivery, and continuous improvement, including Gen AI and agentic AI offerings. Mentor junior team members, track product performance, and provide recommendations for enhancements. Facilitate integration of AI capabilities into new and existing products, oversee data privacy and protection regulatory requirements, and develop self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs for business users and data scientists.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications, preferably in financial services
- Experience supporting AI-powered product development and adoption in large organizations
- Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder requirements
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support team members
