Job Summary
Associate for AI Products in APAC CDAO to support the development, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered products that drive business value across the firm’s business lines. You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and help ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs. This role supports AI initiatives and continuous improvement within a regulated environment, including Gen AI and agentic AI offerings, while ensuring data sovereignty, localization, and governance requirements are met. Responsibilities include assisting with the regional analytics and AI product strategy, lifecycle management, integration of AI capabilities into products, prompt engineering and workflow design for secure AI interactions, development of self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs for business users and data scientists, collaboration with compliance and risk teams on data privacy protections, supporting junior team members, and tracking product performance to recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting product, project, or technology delivery, preferably in financial services
- Experience assisting with AI-powered product development or adoption in large organizations
- Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder requirements
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members
