Job Summary
AI Product Owner role within healthcare-focused Solventum. Lead and collaborate with a team of data scientists and software developers to build world-class medical coding software, translate business requirements for chart readiness, and drive improvements to the chart confidence pipeline to enhance client automation. Partner with stakeholders to shape product direction, report progress to internal stakeholders, and ensure alignment with governance and privacy standards. Remote-friendly with onboarding travel to a designated company location during initial days; compensation range disclosed for US applicants. Requires substantial product-management experience in software, experience with cloud-hosted applications, ML/AI software product experience, and familiarity with medical coding systems. Strong emphasis on bridging technology with clinical empathy and healthcare outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment
- 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications
- 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science
- 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS (preferred)
