Job Summary
Own the execution-level product ownership of Agentic AI solutions across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production. Translate business needs and product intent into agent-ready user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Maintain the product backlog, Definition of Ready, and acceptance standards while driving prioritization and refinement. Partner with AI Product Managers to support scope and sequencing decisions, then collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and UX to shape agent behavior and guardrails. Act as the primary execution-time liaison, clarifying intent, resolving scope questions, and validating delivered outcomes through story acceptance and UAT. Manage post-release backlog for enhancements, defects, and agent tuning based on telemetry and operational insights.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering Agentic AI, AI, data, or workflow‐driven products
- Hands‐on experience owning backlogs and requirements across PoC, MVP, and Production lifecycles
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross‐functional teams and deliver high‐quality software solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience spanning product management, software delivery, and AI/data systems
- Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems, including workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, and human‐in‐the‐loop patterns
- Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery practices
- Ability to reason about agent behavior, failure modes, and acceptance criteria, even without being the technical implementer
