AI Product Owner

Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered underwriting solutions for P&C, translating business needs into actionable requirements and aligning with the product vision and roadmap. Collaborate with underwriting SMEs, engineering, and business teams to analyze existing workflows, define target state workflows, and develop solutions that improve underwriting processes. Prepare compelling presentations and research reports to inform stakeholders, coordinate with business users for requirements sign-off, ensure user acceptance and successful deployment, and manage changes as business needs evolve. Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams to deliver measurable improvements and ensure solutions meet end-user needs.
