Job Summary
AI Product Owner at BSC Analytics responsible for translating product vision into clear backlog priorities and guiding the evolution of a compliant, secure, scalable AI platform. Own the backlog, define epics/features/user stories for engineering teams, shape the product roadmap, and coordinate with architects and leadership to align development with business objectives. Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning, monitor progress toward goals, manage risks and dependencies, and identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, security, and operational efficiency. Leverage AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud expertise (AWS or similar) to deliver platform-based products in highly regulated industries. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and delivery of impactful AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience owning technical products as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs
- Experience building or supporting platform-based products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products
- Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or data-driven products
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
- Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Consulting environment experience
- Experience in highly regulated industries
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
