AI Product Owner

AI Product Owner based in Glasgow, responsible for defining and owning the AI product roadmap across multiple business lines, translating business requirements into clear, buildable AI use cases, and collaborating with engineering and risk teams to ensure feasible, compliant, and high-value solutions. Duties include creating and refining user stories with acceptance criteria, participating in agile events, maintaining the product backlog to maximize business value, acting as the Voice of the Customer, monitoring performance with KPIs, and aligning with stakeholders to ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes. Strong focus on AI literacy, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, data strategy, and regulated Agile delivery. Demonstrates leadership behaviours and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring governance, risk, and control considerations are integrated into product decisions.
