Job Summary
Translate real community-banking workflows into semantic and metric models while defining the golden-question sets that gate every AI release. Run discovery with design-partner banks to prioritize early delivery, managing trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and security in a regulated, on-premises context. Own the product narrative for bankers, procurement, and security stakeholders, partnering with engineering and design to facilitate cross-functional teams on scope, sequencing, and piloting. Manage the full product lifecycle for AI-enabled banking solutions, including systems integration, analytics, and roadmap planning. Define success metrics to instrument adoption and research market trends to inform positioning and objectives. Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to convert design partners into paying customers while maintaining provable accuracy standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years in product management, including enterprise or B2B software shipped to demanding customers in regulated industries
- Experience with data or analytics products (metrics, semantic modeling), and ideally AI/ML features
- Demonstrated success with design-partner and early-customer motions and security-gated enterprise sales cycles
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communication, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience in a product-related role
- Experience in the financial industry or a technology-focused environment required
- Up to 20% travel time may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Domain: deposits and banking metrics (or a fast, credible ramp)
- SQL literacy a plus
- Background as (or close to) a banker, or prior fintech or community-banking product work
- Experience specifying evaluation requirements for AI systems
