Job Summary
AI Product Manager at Unframe responsible for partnering with enterprise customers to understand workflows, translate needs into AI solution plans, and own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists. Will define prompt/context structures, balance speed with stability and scalability, identify reusable patterns, and advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle. Seek a candidate with deep experience in product management or similar technical roles, strong collaboration with engineering teams, systems thinking, excellent English communication, meticulous execution, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities
