Job Summary
Define AI success metrics and prioritize use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk. Translate business needs into product requirements, epics, and user stories while partnering with AI engineers, architects, and cybersecurity teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through production, ensuring alignment with Responsible AI, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, risk, legal, and operations to lead cross-functional planning and present roadmap progress to executive leadership. Track adoption, productivity gains, and risk reduction to drive value realization and change management. Work four days on-site and one day remotely at an MUFG office or client sites.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Platforms, or AI/ML-related initiatives
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale technology products
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Generative AI
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI
- Strong understanding of AI Platforms and LLMOps
- Strong understanding of Data Products and APIs
- Ability to evaluate AI architectures, vendor offerings, and implementation approaches
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with AI governance
- Familiarity with data governance
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns
- Executive communication and influencing skills
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization capability
- Ability to align multiple business units around a common roadmap
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- Must be able to work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day
