Job Summary
Drive product strategy and roadmap for your area of ownership, taking full ownership of a technical team's product scope including developers and data scientists. Work hand-in-hand with the tech lead on planning and delivery management, scope product evolutions, and translate needs into clear, testable specifications. Prioritize features based on value and constraints, own quality assurance, and facilitate key ceremonies like backlog grooming and sprint planning. Test new ideas by implementing quick POCs. Lead this cross-functional product team within Monk AI, which builds computer vision and deep learning algorithms for vehicle damage detection and image quality analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Proven ability to lead a technical team
- Experience with B2B / enterprise client relationships
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in a tech/AI environment leading technical teams (data science, engineering)
- Solid understanding of data/AI topics
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and big data queries
- Comfortable with vibe coding and working with LLMs
