Job Summary
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise knowledge retrieval and AI-powered service experiences. Lead RAG platforms, semantic search, and vector databases while partnering with business leaders to prioritize use cases that improve productivity and customer outcomes. Define ingestion and governance strategies for enterprise content, collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to enhance retrieval quality and citation accuracy, and lead the development of AI agents for troubleshooting and information discovery. Monitor performance metrics including answer quality and user satisfaction, establish responsible AI controls with Security and Legal, and manage the budget for AI productivity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience within IT
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise technology transformation, digital workplace, or product or program management
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience owning and executing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes in a corporate environment
- Experience managing AI, search, knowledge management, or data-centric products throughout the product lifecycle
- Technical experience with large language models, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, Python, and AI-powered information retrieval
- Experience measuring and optimizing AI solution quality through retrieval evaluation, grounding, citation accuracy, and user-feedback mechanisms
- Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, security, and compliance requirements within enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience establishing product vision and roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business value
- Experience leading organizational change, driving user adoption, managing stakeholders, and communicating with executive and end-user audiences
- Experience owning budgets and developing business cases with measurable return on investment
- Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site work environment: three days in the office and two flexible days
