Job Summary
AI Product Manager to guide AI strategy and execution across Five Elms Capital’s B2B SaaS portfolio. Responsibilities include Roadmap Planning with portfolio product leaders, turning AI strategy into execution plans, refining AIM scoring models, prioritizing AI initiatives, and ensuring AI investments translate into measurable business value and improved exit positioning. Ideal candidate has 5-7 years in product management or strategy for SaaS, can connect product decisions to commercial outcomes, demonstrates strong AI curiosity, executive presence for senior discussions, and willingness to travel for portfolio meetings. Location is Kansas City, with relocation to KC welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product management or product strategy in SaaS
- Strong ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes
- Deep curiosity about AI with practical judgment
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand complex products
- Executive presence and confidence facilitating discussions with senior leaders
- Strong project management and hands-on execution instincts
- Flexible to travel for portfolio meetings
