AI Product Manager - Business Travel (Senior Manager)

Job Summary
Own the Business Travel product roadmap, feature prioritisation, and prototype-to-production delivery lifecycle using AI tooling for prototyping, data analysis, and communication. Develop evidence-based proposals grounded in customer data and SME input, presenting explicit tradeoffs to support executive decisions while ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and social security regulations. Manage ongoing client relationships on the platform, leading implementations, migrations, and escalations by translating client feedback into product decisions. Oversee data flows from travel management companies and HRIS systems, resolving quality issues and managing vendor partnerships for API integrations. Deliver structured reporting to senior stakeholders, coordinate incident response for live platform issues, and provide accurate content for RFP responses. This role operates within an AI-first delivery model to manage portfolio breadth and pace.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- demonstrated delivery in a professional services, regulated, or compliance-intensive environment
- Demonstrated daily proficiency with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent) applied to product delivery, analysis, and communication
- Experience managing live client relationships concurrently with new product development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to produce proposals, decision documentation, client correspondence, and compliance-sensitive content
- Proficiency in data analysis
- working with API responses, structured datasets, and translating findings into product recommendations
- Experience with structured reporting, executive communication, and stakeholder management across business, legal, and technical audiences
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Desired Qualifications

- Experience working with external consulting or delivery partners in a product development context
