Job Summary
Own the product roadmap for the Sales Models portfolio (NBA engine, Churn, CLV) and adjacent use cases; lead a cross-functional team of 3-5 Data Scientists and 1-2 Engineers with technical direction, prioritization, sprint cadence, quality gates, and delivery; drive integration of sales models into operative systems (Dynamics 365, Power BI) and establish a feedback loop between field sales, CRM data, and model iteration; translate GTM requirements into model specifications and governance infrastructure to sustain the portfolio at scale; strong business-case orientation with the ability to communicate trade-offs to C-level leadership; fluent German and English; willingness to travel within Europe 1-2 times per month; position based close to Düsseldorf with at least three days on-site per week; international environment with flexible hybrid working and additional perks.
