Job Summary
Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the underlying agentic platform and AI agents, tying every investment directly to customer impact. Ship highly autonomous agents that plan, execute, and coordinate complex financial workflows within the payment ecosystem. Direct product strategy for LLM fine-tuning to ensure models are specialized and optimized for fintech use cases. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to turn ambiguous AI problems into shipped, high-impact experiences while collaborating on enterprise governance and safety standards. This role sits within the AI Product Management team driving strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that empower underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience focused on AI, or agentic platforms
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools
- Experience building with LLMs
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Experience with fine-tuning strategies
- Experience with agentic workflows
- Experience with tool use
- Experience reasoning about model behavior and its trade-offs
- Proven ability to work tightly with engineering teams on complex, ambiguous systems
- Experience with agents
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration
- Experience with APIs
- Experience with automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership
- Familiarity with agent frameworks
