Job Summary
Own the product vision and roadmap for the agentic platform, defining autonomous agents that plan, execute, and coordinate complex financial workflows within the payment ecosystem. Direct LLM fine-tuning strategy to ensure models are specialized and accurate for fintech routing use cases, while partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship high-impact product experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish rigorous governance and safety standards for enterprise agents, ensuring they act reliably and align with financial compliance. Lead cross-functional execution from strategy through iteration, translating ambiguous AI problems into shipped solutions that drive customer impact.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience
