Job Summary
Research vertical opportunities for AI products including Eeva, Gun Detection, LPR, and Person of Interest. Set up and drive meetings with end customers and resellers to establish pilots, then monitor ongoing progress by modifying prompts, optimizing settings, and benchmarking accuracy. Capture structured customer feedback into actionable inputs, logging feature requests and edge cases for the PM team. Build competitive intelligence on AI video analytics vendors by tracking feature releases and pricing. Create enablement assets such as pilot playbooks, use case one-pagers, and demo scripts to support sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Exposure to Prompt Engineering
- Comfort with data analysis and structured evaluation such as being able to work through spreadsheets, compare accuracy across test runs, and reason about metrics like precision/recall and false positive rates without needing hand-holding on the basics
- Have done atleast 1 project as a PM intern or a Research / Business Analyst
Desired Qualifications
- Working understanding of computer vision or video AI concepts
- Should grasp what detection, classification, and model confidence mean, and be able to hold a credible conversation with engineers and customers
