Job Summary
Turn AI opportunities into practical solutions by independently driving initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. Collaborate with Operations, Business, IT, and AI teams to identify valuable use cases, assess priorities based on business value and feasibility, and translate needs into actionable requirements. Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to coordinate dependencies, ensure adherence to AI governance and security standards, and drive adoption through demonstrations and training. Gather user feedback to refine existing tools and track business outcomes delivered by implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with AI solutions and tools and applying them to real business use cases
- Experience independently driving projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including their practical applications, opportunities and limitations
- Experience driving AI adoption and supporting users in integrating AI into their ways of working
- Practical understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data protection and security considerations
- Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into requirements and potential solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Proactive, structured and solution-focused approach with a strong orientation towards business outcomes
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
- Must be a hybrid position
- Must be available for onsite work at least three days per week
- Must be available for an anchor day per week on which the full team will be together in person
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process automation, low-code/no-code technologies or other digital transformation solutions
- Experience with product management, business analysis or project delivery methodologies
