Job Summary
Develop agentic systems and orchestration layers to accelerate engineering delivery while building "AI on Tap," the internal hub for managing AI agents, costs, and codebase readiness. Integrate agentic testing and verification tools with QA and Platform teams to streamline deployment pipelines. Lead build-vs-buy recommendations for AI initiatives, driving team buy-in and addressing technical debt to unblock broader engineering goals. Own the end-to-end oversight of engineering AI initiatives, ensuring concrete, measurable results across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in C#, .NET
- Good testing practices, in both Unit and Integration testing
- Experience building agentic systems
- Experience in driving initiatives across engineering teams
- A focus on delivering concrete, measurable results
- A proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player
- This is a Hybrid role, the AI team work from our Moorgate (London) Offices 2 days per week
