Job Summary
Own the full delivery cycle by taking raw, often ambiguous requirements through to production, validation, and testing with strong ownership at every stage. Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end, leveraging AI coding tools and agentic pipelines to prototype, iterate, and deliver at high velocity. Use AI to strengthen the code review process while contributing to design and architecture discussions. Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify intent, and provide progress updates, ensuring features solve real problems rather than just specifications. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to align technical execution with user and business goals. Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement while taking ownership of outcomes from concept to validated production. This is a 5-day onsite role in Lahore.
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience
- A genuine can-do attitude — willing to push toward limits, take on hard problems, and figure things out rather than waiting to be told how
- Excellent English communication — a confident communicator who can interact professionally with clients, ask the right questions, and understand the reasoning behind the work rather than just building to spec
- Strong sense of ownership and a genuine team-player mindset
- Solid programming fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and build real projects (personal, academic, or professional)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into reliable, working software
- This is a 5-day onsite role in Lahore
