Job Summary
AI Product Builder to ship internal and customer-facing apps using vibe coding tools and AI-assisted development environments. You will discover use cases by talking to users, identify pain points, and shape what gets built next; own the go-to-market for your apps from naming and positioning to rollout, adoption, and feedback loops. Collaborate with a Tech Lead to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions at enterprise scale; iterate quickly in short cycles; maintain a sharp product instinct focused on user value and feasibility; travel occasionally for on-site user discovery. Requires 1–3 years in a Product, builder, or technical role with demonstrated ability to ship digital products, familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and no-code/low-code or vibe coding environments, exposure to agile/lean product methods, strong communication skills, and knowledge of CX/BPO and enterprise software contexts. Proficiency in English is required; French or Spanish language skills are a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
